Refund policy

30-day returns

We want you to love your LunaSphere. If you're not happy, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Message us through our contact page with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or stops working because of a defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Not eligible

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts (such as projection discs or the cable) can't be returned unless they arrived that way.
